The streetlights are modified Campbell's lights. I trim the bottoms of the poles to eliminate the oversized base. I then paint the plastic parts with flat black, and follow-up with a flat white (dry-brush) to provide highlights.

Better get them to trim back some of those trees down the far side of the road. They are growing through the phone lines They are really cool weeds growing up through the cracks.
