Intellibox and Viessmann turnout decoders
Posted by sansouci on Thursday, September 21, 2006 11:06 AM

I'm putting together a Marklin layout that will be controlled by an Intellibox and IB-Switch device. The turnout decoders are the new Viessmann units that are programmed electronically rather than with DIP switches. I've set up a programming track and the Viessmann TD's can be turned on to accept an address with the push of a small button on the decoder. But what do I do at the IB or IB-switch to set them to the correct number for the decoder? I will have about 20 switches and want to number them sequentially from 10 on up.
