New ZugDCC for Lenz XpresNet online

Version 1.44 of ZugDCC has been uploaded to the website http://www.zugdcc.com and old yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ZugDCC (The yahoo group also has a self extracting version for those not wanting to use ZIPs..

Contrary to what some people have wrote, ZugDCC DOES support ALL versions of the LI-100, LI-101 and LI-USB interfaces for Lenz XpressNet.

* Able to delete locomotives from database.
* Able to change locomotive address in database.
* Tab hotkeys.
* Able to hide config tab.
