Reverse loop fixed- both
Posted by claycts on Monday, March 20, 2006 3:07 PM
[:I] The Walthers #6 double crossover with a Tony's PSrev is working perfect.
Broke rule #1 of wiring:
Thous Shalt NOT use Stranded Wire for frog power, (stray hair was causing the breaker to trip) a little file work and all fixed.[:I][:I] MY FAULT!!

Probelm #2 MRC auto reverse: the RELAY that works the reverse is NO GOOD that was the buzz and hum. I hooked the PSrev to that segment which is far enough away not to cause a problem, to the SAME RSrev as the double cross, and it works perfect.

DO NOT DO THIS AS A FIX this was a TEST and not a TIP on how to do it.
Sorry for the wild goose cahse but your ansers got me looking at the wiring, THANK YOU again Forum.

Take Care
