Good progress! Looks like you have two curves that are colored light magenta. XtrkCad is telling you these curves are less than your minimum radius.

The right hand leg of the layout is pretty wide. Do you have access to it from both sides (i.e., near the window also?)

You have two loops at upper left. The lower extent of the INNER is seemingly very sharp toward the apex as it turns toward the NE. Can that be fixed so that you are not so limited as to what you run around it?
Also, does the TT have to be where it is? I'd prefer to see it just south of the inner corner of the bench, in that wide open space. Use a wye to come off that central descending straight track and curve left into that space for your table.
Just a thought.

looking real good , you've been doing your homework !
just a couple of small things ...
- the turntable/roundhouse seems a long way from the yard it's connected to
- the 2 industries northwest of the turntable can only be switched by a train going in one direction - no runaround
not a problem but worth thinking about ...
- the area at the top of the layout seems to be hidden from the main area by a scenic block / backdrop . that area would be good for a hidden staging yard . i know it would hurt to lose the extra switching spots though

Not sure of the best analogy - but I think my baby was just conceived...so to speak! I've been playing, as many of you know, with layout options - and finally, got one that "feels right" in my gut. The anxiety is gone! It hits what I'm wanting, after a lot of reading and soul searching -- and so far, I don't think I have any major screw-ups.
So making progress. Project this weekend - lay out the track and see how she runs in real live...not Memorex! (Or XTRKCAD).
Plus, joined www.naptownrr.org, local model railroad club -- and seeing, playing and touching the layout there helped me gel my options.
Thanks for all the advice and encouragement.
Hooked on phoenics.
