Well after a near year drought on my layout I can finally make some progress.
Thanks to a generous bounus this year I can get my garage insulated and buy my A/C and heat unit. I am so excited it seems for a while I was debating on just armchairing and letting my wife have her garage back. I am on vacation for the next week and will be making a trip to home depot and wal mart.
