Is anyone using this device and maybe could share their experience with it?

Thanks!

If you look at the bottom right edge, on this picture you will see that it is a re-labled Lenz LS150. Hope that helps.

We use the Lenz LS150's to power our twin coil switch machines. They work perfectly, and are the best value on the market. Tony's has them for $40. That's a value for a six channel stationary.

Some folks prefer a decoder that provides constant power for slow motion type switch machines. Friend and fellow board member, rexhea, uses the 150's with his Tortoise machines with no problems...

Thanks for the info, guys.

It does look like Atlas just slapped a different cover on a Lenz LS150, no?
Interessting..
But hey - if this unit is a couple of bucks cheaper and does the same, why not? [;)]

I recently purchased this control unit to be used in conjuntion with Digitrax's Zephyr DCC unit, Atlas's code 83 turnout's. Althought my experience is limited, when tested this control unit, using this equipment worked quited well. Hope this helps.

Thanks Gary,
that is good to know. I'm too using the Zephyr DCC unit, so that should work well.
I just hope that the 344 has enough "umpf" to throw my Peco twin-coils with
attached aux switches. We'll see..
