And call me dumber because I don't know what they are either. A Google search turned up Gender Reassignment Surgery but I don't think that's what we're looking for here....

GRS stands for General Railroad Signal. it's a company in my hometown of Rochester NY that built all the signals and Gantry for NYC and Conrail and Csx for the Rochester area.
