Digitrax DZ123

Does anyone know how long the wires on the present Digitrax DZ123 are. I have seen them listed on dealer web sites as having only 1 inch of wire on the decoder. I checked the digitrax site and the full spec sheet lists the lenght as 6.5 inches. If they are now shipping with only 1 inch wires, I find them to be more trouble them the savings over NCE or TCS decoders. Hopefully someone has purchased a DZ123 in the last week or so and can let me know before I order some and have to return them if the wires are only 1 inch.
Thanks for the help.
Jack

Hi,
Check out loystoys.com. They handle all major brands of DCC equipment and can advice on length of the leads-they'll even make them the length you may need...this at no extra cost!! Good luck.
Gus.

The ones I got a couple months ago were long leads, if they are short I expect they are not new.

Sure enough, the spec sheet on Digitrax's site says the leads are 6.9 inches. The DZ123PS (with the NMRA plug) are 1.2". Sounds like the dealer has the two confused, so it would be worth dropping him a line to verify what he has on his site.
I guess the seller could have bought a bunch of PS versions and whacked the plugs off, but that would not be the brightest move ever.
