The flex that is weathered can be Micro Engineering. But I have heard that you should avoid weathered track and weather it yourself. Micro Engineering have non-weathered track as well that are very nice. I can't tell anything about the rest of your questions. Maybe someone else can fill in that information for you. For weathering track I recommend this post by Joe Fugate, he is good. And I think he use Micro Engineering if I'm not totally wrong.

So does all Shinohara flex track hold the shape after you flex it?
I have one section that i was very please with after it held its shape after i flexed it. if all are like this, then sectional track will be replaced with .
The section i have has typical wood looking ties, but some of them are not straight across, they are angled. are all Shinohara flex like this?

what about any other company? I saw some code 100 flex that was weathered. I do not know the manufacture. does that one behave the same maner?

thanks

Kevin
