I NEED SOME IDEAS ON A SMALL AND CHEAP HO LAYOUT.COULD SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME OUT?

That website with the micro layouts is a cool resource! You don't have to be designing a small layout, there are many designs there that can be incorporated into a larger railroad.

We might be able to give you a bit more help if you gave us more detail of what you're looking for here. Like how small, what scale, how much you want to spend, what you'd like to model, etc.

After fifty years in the hobby I can tell you that:
1. All layouts are small regardless of size
2. None are cheap
