Karl, the aisle are TO SMALL fro my big butt. They have been redesigned to 24 to 30. The circles are VIEWPOINTS for the cad to see the track plan and watch it work. thank you for looking and also for the link.

claycts,
I just checked out the trackplan which looks great(to a novice like me) two minor points maybe you could clear up for me though.

The aisles look to be VERY narrow in at least three places, top left between the two loops, lower middle between the two loops and the left side, they look to be down to around 12"-18" in 2 of these places, are you like me and really thin or am I wrong in the dimensions??

Are the little circles dotted about representing the light fittings? If so they appear to be illuminating the aisles and not the layout. Are there plans for more lighting over the layout that arent shown on the plan?

Just some observations, things look to be progressing excellently otherwise, I like the way you have allowed for plenty of continuous running with many switching possibilities also built in.

Keep us posted.

Have fun & be safe,
Karl.

P.S. Theres a link in Aggro's useful links thread that explains posting pics here.

My car site the people love to copy the pictures and print them so I make them large enough to be worth there time.

You have the essentials, now make it happen!

Seriously, the backdrop, lighting and facia are important to get into place first to eliminate headaches in the future.

My advice, get the August 2005 issue of Model Railroader and look at pages 44-51.

Keep us posted on your progress!
