I used a two-part epoxy with very good results. It dries glass smooth, though, so you might use a cover of matte medium to generate ripples and waves. See hminky's very recent thread on modeling a pond with mylar sheet and the medium.

Ok people.......Ive Just nearly got my river banks and the river bed done but alas I have not modeled water before ....[:0] I need dome input from yall as which product is good to use......Ive read about WS pour it and forget it and a few others but Im still undecided......so amy input would help.....thanks
