ModuRail is a kind of Snap Track system, if this is the way you want to go, but mind you you would be limited to what radius to use and such like any snap track layout.
It looks better than like nnormal snap track that it looks more prototypical of being on a raised ballasted track instead right on the track board.

I am not doing snap track in any form except I have snap track for testing equipment,
a quick setup to see how a loco or car performs thru a specified radius and or switch, etc.

I've done too much other construction like building my own turnouts and handlaying my own track to accept snap track as my final basis for a layout.
If I model an exact scene or close of a prototype in model form, any snap track will ruin the effect/design.

If it suits you, go for it, but for advanced modeling,,,naw.
