I've got a feeling that the Kadee magnets will be too high. I seem to recall reading this in other forums.
IMO, Kadee is a bit slow to step up to the plate and keep current with developments and situations in the hobby. This is one example as there have been track available in less than code 100 for many, many years now. But did Kadee respond to this by making thinner magnets? . . . Noooooooo!!!

has anyone tried using Kadee permanent magnets with the new US outline Peco track yet?
Does the magnet sit on the ties or does it need to sit inside?
Thanks
steve
