Look at the book "101 track plans" They have great garage plans that you might like,I have a layout in our garage but it takes up the whole garage. You can build it any way you want it.

I don't know of any plans I would recommend but I suggest you build the layout near your eye level. It will be way above the cars, easier for you to see and work on, and still allow storage of tools and other garage stuff below it.

Am planning a n-scale layout on two walls of my garage. Does anybody know a source for various plans. i wi***o stay along two walls so i can continue to park a car in the garage.[?]
