ok i was wondering what a pc board does for the layout and how do you make one

pc boards are circuit boards, you can design circuit boards to perform specific functions such as signaling and detections, lighting, sound, etc. As for making one you need to know how to solder, also need to read up on the subject. Radio Shack has little kits you can buy and make simple circuits.
