BLI speed control

How do I program a BLI loco to turn on the "regulated speed control" or the "cruse control" . I don't fully understand all these different cv #s. Any help would sure be good. Thanks..

If it's possible, as far as I know, that information has not been released, pending the outcome of the lawsuits with MTH. It has not been stated as fact that, should things work out in BLI's favor, it will be merely a matter of programming a certain CV, or if a chip swap will be necessary to enable the regulated speed control. It has been hinted that it will be a simple CV change, but no one is sayign what that CV might be, or what values will be required.

Thanks,I thought that might be the case. I wasn't sure if it could be done. It would be nice if it could. Any idea how that lawsuit is comming along?
