Awnings on Walthers and DPM buildings

I've successfully made awnings from .015" plastic and with a wire frame and tissue paper. The tissue paper method looks more realistic, but is a bit more time consuming to do.

There's nothing really hard to either method. Just make a box of plastic and glue it to the building, or make a simple wire frame and cover it with paper. I never bothered with dimensions since real awnings were different sizes. Just find some photos of real awnings and guesstimate the measurements for your own situations.

I'm detailing my city scene which has alot of Walthers and DPM buildings can you guys help me with how to put on store front awnins what you use and maybe some pictures.
