Just curious, has anyone else built the HO scale Heart of Georgia layou? Trackplan by Scott Perry. Curious what industries or locations/scenery you have.

Rio Grande. The Action Road - Focus 1977-1983
The layout plan shows what can be done with about one 4 x 8 sheet of plywood, mainly, to prompt planners to think out of the box. Contrasting its shape with the typical island 4 x 8 or 5 x 9. The shelves are only 12 inches deep because of the lumber restrictions.
