Philip Leger's Southern Pacific HO Scale Layout!

Back in the summer of 2019, I was working in Lousiana as an extraboard switchman in Lake Charles. I was able to link up with Mr. Philip Leger and secure an invitation to check out his impressive HO scale Southern Pacific model railroad. Being a sucker for the SP, I just had to get the layout visit on camera. I thank him and his wife for their gracious hospitality! I hope that I am welcome back the next time I am in the neighborhood.
