Has anyone ever seen a 30" curved radius atlas turnout. I picked up 2 today and never ever seen these made by atlas. also a double throw crossover unbeliviable. both are brass.

I've never seen or heard of one either. The largest curved turnout I know of is their 22" outer and 18" inner. If I would have known they made one with that large of radius I would be buying them. Do you have any plans to use them or keep them as showpieces? Congradulations on a (probably) rare find.

That must really be an old product -- I have never known of Atlas to make any curved turnouts within the past 10 to 15 years.

I concur, even some 28 years ago when I built my last sectional track layout, when I needed a curved turnout I had to get a Tyco, as Atlas did not have such a thing. I have a lot of old issues of MR going back to the 40's, I don't recall seeing an Atlas curved turnout, but I wasn't exactly looking for one, either. I'll have to thumb through a few and see what I can find.
