How does one display a track diagram ?

I'm using XtrakCad.

Not sure what you mean, Tom. Do you want to post an image of your track diagram here, or get XtrakCad to create one for you, or...?

Assuming you can export the image in a dispayible format like a jpg or png etc. then you can upload it to a photo host and then using the right format it will display in your post.

There may be other formats you can upload to a photo host and display as well.  I believe I've done PDF's as well.  JPG's have been around a long time and should work.

In my case I didn't bother with a track planning software but did it the old fashioned graph paper, pencil, scale rule and compass method.  Then took a photo of it and uploaded it to my host, which is imgur.  Here is my old school track plan with some Microsoft paint added overlays for ceiling beams and led flat panel light locations:
