I hold my flextrack in place with acrylic latex caulk. I forego using nails to hold the track in place while the caulk sets up; I use pushpins.

The holes are molded from underneath so you don't see them from the top unless you punch through them.  I use a pin vise with a small drill but other methods work.

Excellent!  Love Atlas products, but would hate to see those holes when track is ballasted down.  Thanks

Yes sir, about every 18 ties.  The holes don’t go all the way through the ties so if one uses glue to hold the track to the roadbed the holes don’t show.  A track nail from the bottom will punch the hole through the top.

Does this track have pre-drilled holes in the ties for securing the track to the roadbed?
