I'm planning a 12x10 (feet) N scale layout based on the Adventureland amusement park in New York and its 24-inch gauge miniature train ride. This is the park map:

The train has been there since grand opening in 1962, but I also want to include a roller coaster like their old Hurricane which was removed after the 2014 operating season closed and replaced with a spinning coaster Turbulence for 2015. Basically when you're riding Turbulence the car spins at different points on the track and I want to use the Hurricane, along with Adventure Falls which is a log ride, the Pirate Ship, Antique Cars, Frisbee, Wave Swinger (chair-o-plane ride), the carousel, and the Ferris Wheel.
All of the track in my plan is code 55 and either Atlas or Micro Engineering. The curves are nearly all of the rigid sections and the rest is flex. The whole thing will be backed into a corner of either a 12x25 foot garage or I can do it as 7x8 feet in a 8x12 foot shed with some of the non train rides left out.
Any ideas on where I can find N scale versions of at least the roller coaster, Wave Swinger, carousel, and Ferris wheel I listed above? I don't mind if none of them are motorized.
I don't know if any carnival rides are available in N scale. You could find almost everything you need to build that park in HO scale. The European companies like Faller make all of that stuff. I did see at a train show someone built a Z scale amusement part that was all scratch built.
This isn't going to help too much, but Faller makes an handful of N-scale rides (or at least only 4 are listed on this site); compare with the 3 pages of HO-scale rides. How are your CAD drafting skills for 3-D printing?Don't forget to model the Target retail center on the south and the East Farmingdale Water tower looming over it all from the North. And the big fans that blow water spray in your face...
I don’t have too much experience with 3d printing. And I was going to use Mainne benchwork kits because they assemble with only two sizes of Phillips screwdriver (no. 2 and 3). I also need the rail code of Bachmann ez track. When I measured on the straight a hidden terminal i just got, my metric ruler said 2mm which is about code 80. Has anyone tried using atlas code 80 insulated or terminal joiners with ez track. I know you can do it with H0 because they’re both code 100. If I can use the atlas joiners do I need a common rail and how do I wire the planned no. 4 turnout to the storage spur so the engine can’t bridge the gap between main line and spur? (The engine is a model power 4-4-0 with pickups on all drivers and the whole tender.)
Update to my track plan: all track is now Atlas code 55, including the #5 turnout. Does anyone have a scan of the back of an Atlas code 55 turnout package so I can figure out which of the black/red/green wires goes to what terminal on the control box and switch machine?
As far as the switch machine, I'm planning to to use the relay in it for what Atlas calls "selective siding control". Basically to power the spur track in my layout when the turnout points are lined that way. I have an Atlas wiring book that shows how to do this; I just need to know which wire color to which terminal on the switch control box?
