Is it Tyco or MRC?
Posted by ort007 on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 1:01 PM
I have an old (1980's) HO Tyco power supply with the MRC logo on the throttle. It was purchased seperately, not in a set. I'm assuming that MRC supplied these to Tyco. Does anyone know if that's true?
Thanks,

Yes, it's true. Just another case of rebranding. I just wonder what the Tyco people thought when it still has an MRC logo on it - typically the OEM's mark is not on such a product, only those of the company contracting the device. Not that you couldn't take one look and know it was an MRC pack, just from the shape and style.

That's what I thought. It didn't look like a Tyco. Thanks!
