Indeed seeing New York Central and Hudson River was better known as New York Central.

I might not be grasping what it is you seek due to your incomplete or odd grammar, but a track plan based on the old New York Central & Hudson River RR?  One I know of is "Track Plan in Spite of the Devil" in the March 1964 MR.  If you have the all access pass to back issues you can take a look and see if that is what you are interested in.  The title of the article by the way is a play on words.    In spite of the devil refers to Spuyten Duyvil, a famous rail location where the Hudson and Harlem Rivers meet.

looking for layout plan for New York Central and Hudson in either HO or O scale. I looked on this site and only found pic.
