If one were seeking to built a 'steel scene' with just say the blast furnance itself, and then everything else as a painted on backdrop,....somthing like this...
What is the minimal size footprint required for that blast furnance structure itself
Walther's HO scale??

I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.
I don't have a leg to stand on.
I saw those footprint sizes, BUT what I was wondering is how narrow might it be for just the blast furnance, minus the two tracks on the backside that feed it coke. In other words if I was putting that backside towards the rear of a scene (facing the backdrop), and wanted to disregard one or both of those tracks, how narrow would the footprint then be??HO scale
