1/4" plywood base, 2" foam on top of the base, 1/4" plywood skin around each module. PVC legs.

light weight benchwork

Hi,
I am considering making an 11'x12' portable layout with 7 sections that will have two FreeMo endplates. Since I am considering taking it to shows, I would like to make the benchwork light.
Any suggestions on what material to use for lightweight benchwork?
Thanks.
