Does anyone know if Highball Products is still in business?
A qucik seach leads me to believe that Highball Products is no more. A few internet sellers still list it as "in stock". Based in Cincinnati, Highball was founded in 1952. There has been some confusion over Highball Productions (a video compamny) still in business but not a ballast manufacturer.
