Does anyone know what exact width of N scale EZ track is?

Hi all, I was wondering if someone who has a piece of N scale Bachmann EZ track, could tell me what the exact width is? I am hoping that it is exactly the same as Kato's single track.

Thanks a lot!

I don't have either handy, so I can't answer your question, but if you are still planning a layout something like the one you posted in the other thread:

... you should be aware that the EZ track turnouts (track switches) have proven to be much less reliable over time than KATO. If you are going with "click track" the extra investment in KATO will be well worth it -- and they have a wider variety of sections.

Note also that the dimensions and specifications of the turnouts are different between the two manufacturers, so you can't just swap one for the other in a given plan.

Good luck with your layout.
