Harley56,

While I don't have the backshop, I do have the Walthers N roundhouse and machine shop.  In both instances I installed the track in the base before assembling the walls and roof.  And yes, I glued the rails into the base.  I can't remember if I used CA or epoxy, though.

Hi, I'm in the prosess of building Walthers N scale backshop & ready to glue the walls together & to the base. Would it be a good idea to mount the tracks in the base first or do you I assemble the whole structure then add the tracks? Also, when mounting the tracks in the grooves do I glue them in?

I'm just getting back into model railroading so this is my first building kit......Thanks,Al.
