For acrylic paints there's still http://www.modelflexpaint.com/Paint.html  You ahould by a few bottles to make the shipping worthwhile.

I switched over to Tru-Color Paint about two years ago and I find their paint better than Floquil.  You can airbrush straight out of the bottle, no thinning needed.
 
They have Union Pacific Armour Yellow, TCP-026
 
I’ve been using their SP Daylight colors and they are closer to the real thing than Floquil was.
 
Most of the Tru-Color paint is gloss but Dullcoat, Krylon or Rust-Oleum Clear Matte work very good to take away the gloss.

First, is there anyone who might have some floquil UP Armour Yellow paint that they would consider selling? Second question, what is a good replacement for this color?
