At the risk of biting the hand that feeds us, what you need to do is track down the February 2012 Railroad Model Craftsman for Keith Kohlmann's article in the J I Case tractor plant and its railroad service operations. Keith is one of the best modelers working in N scale.

Need some ideals on how to scratch build a tractor factory 40's or 50's with loading doc for shipping. At least to spurs to ship and one to bring in parts and supplies. I have seen some very nice ones and was told that they were built form Walthers Cornerstone kits
