The book cwclark was referring to is called "Trackwork and Lineside Detail for your Model Railroad"

I don't know if they sell them except for those turnout kits that aid you in scratch building a turnout sold at the LHS..i do know that there is a book out called "(something) and trackside details" - a kalmbach publication- that has a great step-by-step process on building your own turnouts...

Does anyone make and sell turnout frogs in n scale? I'm making my own turnouts for yard ladders and it would be easier if I could buy the frogs!![:D]
