Came across a very authentic piece of a bush that came on my wife's bouquet after our anniversary a few months back. It looks like it has died yet the brush remains green and really looks like a real tree in HO Scale.(It's great on my layout!) The problem lies in that now I want some more and don't know what it is to even begin looking. If any of you have a green thumb and can identify this, it would be most helpful!
Here is it on a diorama i built:

I've been wondering the same thing. Same deal - we got some in some flowers I bought her. And I haven't seen it since. Really nice, fine branch structure.
I wish I could tell you as I have found this in a few of the flowers I purchased for my wife as well and have them saved for future use.
Maybe the Gods are telling us to buy our wives more flowers
Have you thought to ask the florist from whom you purchased the flowers? Maybe if you take it to them, they will tell you what it is and where to get more.
Yikes, flowers. Good reminder as my wife's birthday is the same day as Mother's Day.
My hunch if the plant has remained green all this time -- and don't discount the possibility that it was dyed green, which is why some Christmas trees look so green yet can be so dry and brittle at the same time -- but if it is truly green I bet it is some variety of fern.
Looking at a website of floral filler ferns (and try saying that fast three times) quite possibly it is a variety called Sprengeri fern filler flower. It is probably worth asking to see what fern filler varieties that local florist offers.
Try not to have anything in your mouth when you say Sprengeri fern filler flower however. You want to make a good impression.
