Can anyone tell me how satisfactory is 249 millimeter radius Kato curves. I now have 282 millimeter radius curves and have no problem with Kato SD70's and SD 80's along with Kato Beth Gon coal porters. Will these run satisfactory on 249 millimeter radius curves if I add another track inside the 282 millimeter radius curves.

I don't have an answer for you, just didn't want you to think your alone with Unitrack. I'm currently trying to build a layout. I'm using the 282's and 348's I believe. I guess the answer would be to buy a pack of 249's and build a test curve, even if you just pu***he cars through it and see how you feel about it. My idea is for coal country at least in the East tight curves are a given, out West another story. Let me know how you make out. If you don't like the 249's off them on Ebay, Unitrack sells well there. Dave
