Does anyone know how to make an HO GP38 or a CF7 into this:

That, my friend, is what we call a Green Goat (there is an actual picture below)

I want to make one for my layout. All I need to know is how to make the "outsides" I already have a motor that will fit in the center of the unit.

Please help!
