I use the #218 ground throws for mine. I am using code 100 Atlas Customline switches now and I use the fitting that has a little pin on it. I cut most of the throwbar on the switch off and drill a hole in the solid portion.

202s works every time, with atlas #6 no modification necessary, with #4 all you have to do is make hole in throw bar slightly larger.(code 83 track)

There is a nice description of installing a Caboose Industries Ground Throw on an Altas CustomLine turnout in the NMRA 'Introduction to Model Rialroading' pages at: http://www.nmra.org/beginner/ground_throw.html

CI 202 (Sprung) works for me. [:)]

I might add that it easy to make "linkages" from piano wire (available at your LTS) that run under the switch if you need to place the throw opposite the throw-bar or further from the track.

Jim;

Any of these can be made to work; I would go with the longer travel rigid, and fabricate the spring as part of the linkage.
