I had several several Instant Horizons background scenery sheets mounted on foam board at Hobby Lobby. I want to attach them to the concrete block walls in my basement. I tried using caulk but it won't hold the board to the walls. I hesitate to use Liquid Nails as it may leave permanent glue blobs on the concrete walls, ditto with Strong Stick. Can anyone suggest an easy way of attaching the foam board to the walls?

Liquid Nails works and it can be removed from concrete walls.  Trust me, I have done it.

Incidentally, the trouble with foam board (i bought some at Hobby Lobby, is that it warps over time.

Also, Woodland Scenics Scenic Glue works well.

You could also mount the scenery on pvc sheets and hang them from hooks.
