Are any of your signs more modern and safety related.  I am looking for safety related signs for my diesel shop.

Thank you, Tomkat. I used some of your signs on a couple buildings and will probably keep using them. One question. How do you find time to build the beautiful layout of yours if you're searching for all these signs? Thanks again.

Well, not quite as neatly cropped and organzied as Tomkat, but anyway this evening while visiting LILEKS.com (the institute Of Official Cheer). I see it now has a section of early 1920s Billboard reproductions (possibly more to come).
(ETA: A week later, I realized I forgot the link to the Billboard pages)

LILEKS is a somewhat loosely organized (key word: loosely) website with lots of actually rather interesting images (including American Motel (images of motels and hotel exteriors from the 1940s thru 1970s) and Coffee & Chrome (images of resturants and diners, interiors and exteriors, from the 40's thru '70's). There is also lots of other 'ephemeral' items on the site (such as comics, video, ads, "Ghost Signs", Main Street Images, and so on).  OK, the site is a bit wonky and hard to tell what's new and what's stastic, but it can be interesting...

Hi, as a newbie to the hobby, I wanted to look at all the great sign posted but they all are blurry and posted to photobucket? Can someone please help me understand how I can see them and print them too... Thx in advance

All the original signs are still accessible through the original Photobucket account ....

Thanks Tomkat for your contributions all these years and for continuing to make your sign collection available on your facebook page.  Happy railroading!

Since I would rather spend my small budget on Model railroad stuff I can not pay Photobucket for third party hosting. If anyone else wants to keep this thread going with their own contributions I thank them. For those who missed out on my signs you can find them & more on my railroads facebook page. Please give it a like! Here is the link https://www.facebook.com/MissouriArkansasRailway/

Also always if you can post photos of your projects here showing how you used the signs. I always enjoy when my work is put to use on your layout

Posts have been deleted. Let's keep the discussion about model trains and not about other Forum members. Thanks.

Its a shame Photo Bucket has decided to stick it to so many users. I have liked Tomkat's facebook page and thank him for his hundreds of posts over the years. I hope rwills7 will take the time to find out who the real villan is and not blame the forum or its magazine host for a problem that is out of their control.

you're right, I panicked and hit the post button without going to the last page. Thanks everyone for the resolution. It would have been such a shame to lose these images.

I had been keeping up with them and ones that had signs that looked right for places in my modeled area I saved off so i could print them anyway. Good to see that they are in another alternate location as well, in case I missed some.

And that has to be a first - not wanted to renew MR because of the actions of a completely independent company that has 0 to do with and 0 interest in Kalmbach or MR. And who must have completely missed the GIANT thread on alternatives to Photobucket now that they've gone nuclear.

Oh no Tomcat, looks like Photobucket is trying to give you a hard time. Any chance you posted these to another site or have them saved. I had some big plans with these and added the message to my favourites but that's not helping me now! thanks in advance

I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.
