They have 2 different road kits. One is just paint, a ruler, and a brush for painting flat roads/sidewalks.
The other gives you the paving tape and hydrocal to make built up roads.
The colors are pretty realistic. You might be better off just buying a 4oz bottle of each color. You can mix the two to get a better than stock shade.

Yup...I have. I caught one at 30% off at Hobby Lobby. The asphalt paint is realistic w/o mixing, the concrete paint is about like floquil acrylic. For an old country town blacktop mainstreet it looks good, concrete is a little lite for my taste but the best thing in the kit is a handy dandy ruler that quickly gives you standard highway, two lane and sidewalk widths in all scales..
