Does anyone know of a supplier that makes or made windows for the suydam
branchline roundhouse ?

Grandt line makes a huge variety of windows and doors - maybe they have something for you. If you have to cut the openings for the windows, then of course you can pick something that is "close enough".

You can also make your own windows by gluing scale 1x2 strip styrene to clear styrene (or other "window glass") in an appropriate configuration. Trim the "glass" a bit oversize to give you something to glue the window in place. It might be a bit tedious, as roundhouses have a lot of windows, but it will work...

Tichy has many windows that are equivalent to Grandt Line and also appears to have some that Grandt Line does not. In my view, both lines make great products.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the windows for the Suydam roundhouse just pieces of acetate with window mullions printed on the acetate in black ink? I own a couple of Suydam corrugated-metal kits (like said roundhouse) and that's what they use in those kits (the lumber mill and metal shop.)

You could either use a good-quality fine felt-tip pen to simply draw the mullions on a sheet of clear plastic. Alpine Division currently produces most of the old Suydam kits, and you can order packs of windows from them--here's a link to that page in the Walthers catalog:

I knew they were still available, but had forgotten who took over the Suydam line. They appear to have many of the old Suydam kits with the exception of the electrical power substation, and also some of the old Ayres kits. Some kits are back ordered, which may be due to the recent move to a new production location.

One other thing to try: Draw the windows with mullions using a draw program on your PC. Print them on 'foils' (clear plastic used for transparencies to be used with overhead projectors) using your ink jet printer. Then you can make them whatever size you need so they will fit exactly.
