Hi Steve,

You don't have to go anywhere else but this Web site for help in finidng a local hobby shop. Scroll to the very bottom of this page and click on "Find a Hobby Shop," then follow the directions on the page that appears.

So long,

Andy

Hi Steve,                                                                                                                                        First, let me welcome you to the Trains.com Forums. To find a "Local Hobby Shop", just type in "Local Hobby Shops" on the Internet, and there will be many options, to find one near you.  Of course, you can also order directly from Walther's, or as I sometimes do, from some online retailer like PeachCreekShops. I like to go to my Local Hobby Shop, since it gives him business and he gives me a discount.

If you plan to Post photos, or substitute your own photo,(called and AVATAR) for the shadow head picture, you will find my easy instructions, on the  Layouts Forum under the thread called How to Post an AVATAR, and Photos Hot to Post    My Train's Screen Name is HHPATH56

Finding a good LHS in Missouri is very difficult (I live in the Kansas City area). Most of them have very limited train stuff.  I saw an ad for one in Branson/Hollister (TPA Hobby Center 417-335-6624).  Your best bet for supplies and accessories is probably the Internet.
