Here's a great site for building, tree, mountain, sky photos.

Here's some really good free software to arrange and print it.

PS-Google Images is another great source for building pictures.

Here's another good option:

www.sceniking.com

They have a nice variety of rural, urban, and industrial backdrops. Some of the rural scenes are made so they can be strung together to allow any length backdrop desired.

What do you want on your backdrop?  My Nikon digital camera came with a program that allows you to match pictures for panoramic views which is fine for forests, mountains or deserts.  If you want a cityscape I would suggest taking pictures of buildings from quite a distance in as high a resolution as your camera allows.  This will minimize paralax (curvatire of straight lines) and them you will be able to blow them up.  This all assumes your inquiry was about making your own backdrop.

http://geocities.com/larcproducts/  Check out this product. I am a fellow club member with Bill. He's an MMR that builds really great stuff and had been on the cover of MR and had his layout in there. He is the developer of these discs and we all use them. Very easy to use and look as realistic as I have seen....Tim
