Magnuson Models

Magnuson made great resin-cast structure kits when I was last active in the hobby and no I can't find these anywhere!?! Are they gone from existence?

They are apparently gone. The only listing I find are for vehicles and they are mostly "out of stock"

I agree with your opinion about Magnuson Models kits. Some of them are still available from "fallen flag manufacturer" vendors, such as Jay Cohen Model Trains:

He lists several, but the prices may be more than you expected.

does not have any Magnuson kits listed currently. Other than that I think your sources are limited to train shows and swap meets. I hope this helps. Welcome back.

I believe that walthers bought up the molds etc from Magnuson and was using some of them in their products. A good place to find the old kits is Ebay. There are about 10 listed there right now. These kits are cool.
