I cant remember which issue or book I saw it in but MR ran an article about building a FRISCO Clinton Sub layout in HO and I cant find it. Can someone help?
Usually I suggest people look at the Model Train Magazine Index on this site, but in this case, it wouldn't have helped you since they haven't updated it with the recent issues of MRP. The article for which you are looking was in Model Railroad Planning 2008 by Paul Dolkos.
