If you could supply a diagram, or provide directions on the web to an image of a layout plan that has caught your eye, several people here would talk you through wiring it up, I'm pretty sure, and they would be more than happy to do it without compensation.
In a nutshell, though, there are some things that need defining. For example, will you be using a Direct Current (DC) system to power your rails, or will you be using a Digital Command Control (DCC) system? How many engines and other devices that will require power do you contemplate operating at any one moment in time? The thickness, or what we call "gauge" of the wire that you will need, and how many small feeder wires connected to the rails, are dependent on your answer.
We need some information, in other words. For a basic oval and one siding, with two non-power routing turnouts serving the siding, you may be just fine with a single pair of feeder wires coming off your transformer or your DCC base station. If it is a bit larger, and requires some gapped sections electrically, it gets a bit more involved, but not necessarily.

Hello,Im fairly new to model rail roading and was wondering if there is anyone who i can get to draw up a layout i want from the track planner here on this site but include the wireing layout for it kinda like you see in Atlas track books, I now what plan i would like to build i just have no idea how to wire it corectly,I would be willing to pay to have it done.
