OK, OK, I know I should know this, but I've never posted a picture before!
I have now built the rise between lower level and where the upper level will be on my new HO PRR / NYC layout. The rise is 0.87% and will take trains from the lower level to the upper level around the perimeter of the room. It's all in my loft, which of course has a sloping roof and rafters. so it not only does it elevate up it has to step in too. No wonder it's taken so long!
So, how do you post pictures? I'm asking so I don't end up with an embarrasing blank space with a small X in a box in one corner. And I know from all my postings you are all good, kind and helpful souls on this forum so I'm sure you'll help.
Cheers
Barry
Barry,
One of our fellow forum members posted a tutorial on how to post photos. Here's a link to the thread:

Research; it's not just for geeks.
Hi Barry
I and some others use a Photo editing site like Photo Bucket for posting photos and videos.
http://photobucket.com/
You can practice uploading photos and then link them to the Trains.com group. If the photo does not look correct, redo the photo at Photo Bucket.
The same when you post the photo here. You can modify your message until the photo looks correct.
I did that a few times and got it correct.
You can make your own albums so figure out in advance of what albums you would like. If you ever move a photo to a different album, the link will be gone so watch out for that. One you get a video into a album, leave it there.
Here is a screenshot of what I would have for a photo. At the lower right you will see, Image Link Code Highlight the IMG code one and copy that into your Trains.com forum.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.

One of their ads had some malware in it. They found it and removed it, but no word on how it got there and what they are doing about preventing a reoccurring. :/ I prefer http://www.flickr.com anyways.
