It's spelled "pipette". When you google that word, you'll find dozens of places to buy them in various sizes and materials. They are used in science, medicine, etc. as well as in hobbies.

Pipettes are similar to what we used to call "medicine droppers" without the rubber bulb at the end.

If You cant find the pipettes in a hobby shop, straws will work great too. Just insert the straw into the glue mixture and cover the ned of the straw with your finger. then slowly remove your finger to release the mixture onto your selected area. it can be a cheap alternative for you to the pipettes.

An old aftershave (or preshave) bottle with the insert to create a small exit hole works exceedingly well too. Remove insert, fill with diluted glue, replace insert and go to work.
